Ted’s Rubs & Sauces - Blackened

Inspired by the deep southern Creole Cajun cooking, this blend provides a deep a savory flavor with hints of oregano and thyme. This rub is perfect over chicken, fish, steaks even the humble veggie as a seasoning. The goal here is to make the seasoning turn black, but don't take it too far and burn the food.

Pan fry, bbq, or oven cooking, use our blackened rub to take you into Cajun country.
